Susan Stewart

Susan Stewart is a contemporary artist that works in multi-mediums which include oil painting, sculpture and installations.

Susan began her career in the arts as a soloist ballerina with the Joffrey Ballet in New York City. Originally from Cape Cod, Susan has been living in France for 20 years. She studied oil painting, drawing and sculpture at L'Ecole Des Beaux Arts in Annecy. Her work is considered expressionist and figurative and often makes reference to the relationship between woman in society and nature. At the start of her career Ms Stewart painted fresque murales for many large French concerns. She is now working only in the world of Fine Art and sells her work privately. She has done many private commissions with important clients such as Paul Wylie the American olympic skater.
